English TV personality Janet Street-Porter called Angelina Jolie a "selfish" person, pertaining to her ways of co-parenting with estranged husband Brad Pitt.

The topic was touched on the Wednesday episode of "Loose Women," where Street-Porter discussed the reports that the 44-year-old "Maleficent" star wants to move with her children abroad, but can't because of Brad Pitt.

In an interview with Harper's Bazaar, Jolie revealed that she was somewhat restricted to move overseas until their youngest child turns 18.

"I would love to live abroad and will do as soon as my children are 18," Jolie said. "Right now I'm having to base where their father chooses to live."

The "Loose Women" panel got into a heated debate as they discussed whether it would be fair for a mother to take their children away from their father. Street-Porter took her stand, saying that the actress' statement was selfish.

"This is a woman who, if she cares so much about the image of herself as a responsible mum, why has she got to take her kit off once again for Harper's Bazaar? Why is she posing in the nude?" remarked Street-Porter, via Metro.

English singer and fellow TV personality Stacey Solomon agreed with her, pointing out that it would not be fair for Jolie to leave with their kids.

"At the moment it's very difficult as the mum can choose where she wants to live, but if I wanted to move to Scotland and the father of my children lived in England I don't think it's fair to ask him to fly over all the time."

Recently, a source told HollywoodLife that Jolie has no intentions to give her ex-husband joint custody over their children. Jolie wanted to keep the current arrangement, where Pitt was given less than 50 percent custody of the kids. The actor was given lots of visitations, as instructed by the judge the last time the ex-couple visited the court.

The aforementioned source further claimed that giving up her full custody over the kids would be "very hard" on Jolie "because the kids are her world."

This arrangement has been set following the heavy custody battle between the former Brangelina couple that started way back in 2016.

Last April, Jolie and Pitt filed papers for them to be deemed legally single. They are allowed to continue with the negotiations of their divorce settlement pertaining to their assets and children custody even with their marriage officially over.

Angelina Jolie has been back as the vengeful fairy for "Maleficent: Mistress of Evil." When asked about her role, the star answered: "We've all been a bit in lockdown. We all have our difficult times. Very similar to my character in the film, my strength is from my children."
