Everything has been going full-throttle for Bretman Rock, who won Beauty Influencer of the Year at the People's Choice Awards 2019 on Nov. 11.

Rock could make it to the event though. On Nov. 5, he shared on IG stories and Twitter that his father was in coma. On Nov. 6, he posted a heart and dove emoji on Twitter. By Nov. 7, his sister Princess Mae -- who has since followed her brother's footsteps -- confirmed the news that their father died in their hometown in the Philippines.

The influencer siblings were in Hawaii when their dad went into coma and passed away.

Keeping It Together

Bret was a professional and kept a jovial face when he was at the People's Choice Awards. He bested Jeffree Star and James Charles for the award.

The 21-year-old dedicated the award to his dad and all parents who love and support their children unconditionally. He recalled that his father gave him his unique name. His dad was a wrestling fan, so he named his son after Bret Hart and The Rock.

The beauty influencer has kept his social media accounts low-key since his dad passed away. His last video on YouTube was posted two weeks ago. He maintains to have over 13 million subscribers on Instagram, over 6 million subs on YouTube, and over 3 million on Twitter.

Please, JUST Stop!

Recently, "Da Baddest" influencer broke his silence on Twitter. Bretman Rock called out to his fans asking for some respect and decency.

Apparently, droves of his fans came to his house and his father's wake uninvited. However, instead of consoling the influencer, some fans reportedly asked for favors saying, "condolences, can we take a picture?"

One of TIME Magazine's 30 Most Influential Teens, Bret has always been one to embrace his roots. He was previously in the Philippines to host the Miss Universe 2017 with 2010 Runner-Up Venus Raj. He revealed then, "I feel like I'm best friends with all my supporters here."

However, a funeral service was not the time and place for fans to ask for photographs. Sadly, some fans went ahead and took photos of his other family members as well.

Known for his comical approach to many things, Bret is now asking his fans to let him cry and be sad for once.

"I don't understand why anyone would think its okay to take pictures with me when my eyes are lit swollen from crying," Bretman wrote on Twitter.

Not Alone

This would not be the first time a YouTuber calls out foul on their fans. Earlier this year, YouTubers Ethan and Grayson Dolan had to deal with the same ordeal.

Their father, Sean Dolan, passed away after battling with cancer for two and a half years. Ethan and Grayson gave their fans a heads-up as they would not be posting on YouTube for a while.

However, shortly after the announcement, hashtags like #seandolanfuneralparty and #SeanDolanMeetUpParty popped up on social media.

With 14 million subscribers combined, it was not long before their fans were able to find out their location.

However, the twins put their foot down and told their fans in a tweet to "please NOT show up at their father's wake or funeral," having to repeatedly plead to their fans to respect their wishes.
