Donny Davis, a comedian who performed with Britney Spears at her Las Vegas Residency, has died. He was 43.

Deadline quoted CBS affiliate KLAS's report, saying that Davis was found unresponsive inside his hotel room at Resorts World hotel and casino on Wednesday. Currently, the authorities offer no cause of death. An autopsy of his body is underway.

Still, a news outlet noted that the performer was still able to party at one of the hotel casinos before his body was discovered.

Jeff Beacher called the late comedian as someone "talented enough" that he let him produce "Beacher's Madhouse" for two decades. He reportedly discovered him online and saw his performances in the past years.

"Donny broke barriers in the little people community and was an inspiration to his peers. He will be missed terribly but his legacy and the impact he had on those who loved him will live on forever," Beacher went on.

Meanwhile, Demi Lovato also shared a short, heartfelt message to the late performer, sharing a photo of her and Davis on her Instagram Story. A fan noted that the "Heart Attack" hitmaker cropped and covered her former manager, Phil McIntyre, and former friend Nick Jonas, in the photo.

Davis friend, Steven Briggs, also wrote, "Rip @donnydavis1 can't believe you are gone brother. we were just hanging out the other day. Everyone that met you loved you and I'm so thankful to have had you in my life and to call you a friend."
