Jen Shah is set to appear in court for her upcoming wire and fraud trial, and she wanted none other than Kim Kardashian to be a part of her legal team as the SKIMS CEO passed her baby bar a few months back; is it finally happening?

Speaking on "The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City After Show," the 48-year-old reality star said she still wanted the beauty mogul to be part of her legal team for her trial.

However, it seems like fans won't see Kardashian standing up in court to represent a client soon as Shah confirmed she's "not officially part of the Shah squad legal team yet." (via Page Six)

The reality star noted that she was serious when she previously mentioned she wanted the legal service of the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star.

Shah also applauded the mom of four, saying she has "mad respect" for her legal journey over the past few years, like passing the baby bar in California after trying for three times and helping with Alice Johnson's case that set her free.

"She has been able to be an advocate and affect change for people who have been wrongly accused of crimes," the TV star added.

According to the outlet, Jen Shah was arrested in March of last year after allegedly scamming hundreds of people, mostly the elderly, through a "telemarketing scam."

The Bravo reality star was charged with conspiracy to commit wire fraud and conspiracy to commit money laundering. Her trial will start on March 22 in New York City.

Shah said she was "dead serious" in wanting to work with Kardashian as she felt like she was wrongly accused of something she didn't do.

Kim Kardashian Law Update

Despite working on different things at the moment, including the Kardashians' upcoming Hulu series and her divorce proceedings with ex Kanye West, the soon-to-be lawyer still finds time to study.

In early reports, the SKIMS CEO shared a snap on her Instagram story, showing a messy table with books, note pads, and a laptop.

"And so it begins #lawschool," she captioned the photo.

Before her law school journey, the mom of four initially took the baby bar three times, and she finally passed the exam in December.
