Prince Charles might still welcome Prince Harry and Meghan Markle with open arms in the future, a royal expert claimed.

Aside from Prince Harry and Prince William's feud, the Duke of Sussex's comments about Prince Charles stained the future king's name. He and Meghan also continuously dropped critical information and damaging claims against the royal family.

But even after all those things happened, the Prince of Wales is said to be open to welcoming the couple back to the monarchy.

Royal commentator Kinsey Schofield recently shared to Express UK how she thinks Prince Charles' kingship could open the doors for the Sussexes once again. She added that the future king's soft heart and forgiving nature would push him to take Prince Harry and Meghan back.

"I think that Prince Charles has a very soft heart and I think he's desperately in love with Prince Harry - he loves Prince Harry. He doesn't like his actions but Prince Harry is his DNA and he does hurt when they're not talking, he does hurt when things aren't on the right path and I think he's anxious to start the healing process," Schofield continuously explained.

This resonated with what royal author Tom Quinn told To Di For Daily podcast about how the Duke and Duchess of Sussex might only feel interested in returning once Prince Charles becomes king.

Royal Family Members Are Forgiving

Schofield took her time to note the royal family's act of forgiveness toward other members. She revealed that the royal family's history of forgiveness includes the time when Prince Edward and Sophie, Countess of Wessex, were welcomed into the family as a couple.

According to the expert, Prince Edward and Sophie once attempted what the Sussexes are trying to do now.

"They attempted to half-in half-out - Sophie wanted to continue with her PR firm, and Edward wanted to be a producer, he wanted to produce content - and when they kind of got in trouble for mixing that royal element in with their day-to-day monetized businesses, and they were humiliated - the Royal Family allowed them to come back in," she said.

Despite that, she reminded how the invitation would still not be immediate. Aside from hurting the monarchy and its members, Prince Harry and Meghan also infuriated the public and hurt them with their reckless actions.

In fact, those also strained his relationship with Prince Charles.
