Kelly Clarkson reportedly struggles even after her ex-husband, Brandon Blackstock, moved out of her Montana ranch.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Scott Gordon ruled that Blackstock could only stay on the property until June 1. Clarkson's ex-husband, however, did not quietly move out.

An insider recently told Us Weekly that Blackstock still milks Clarkson and acts as a "constant thorn" in her side despite finally being hammered out.

"[Blackstock] wanted to fight the order but was ultimately talked out of it," a source said.

The court ordered him to pay $12,500 per month to cover his rent, but the songstress still pays him more monthly by giving him $115,000 in spousal support until January 2024.

On top of that, the "Kelly Clarkson Show" host also pays him $45,601 in child support though she has the primary custody of their children. Blackstock, meanwhile, has one weekend with them each month while he still lives in Montana.

A custody agreement will be needed if he transfers to another state.

Kelly Clarkson, Brandon Blackstock Still Have More Issues To Be Solved

Amid the new issue, Clarkson and Blackstock will reportedly face each other for another month despite finalizing their divorce in March.

As reported by Daily Mail, the private judge who was appointed to resolve their dispute was expected to step down this month. However, the judge will now continue to serve the estranged couple for another month.

On Friday, Clarkson and Blackstock's attorneys asked the Los Angeles Superior Court to extend Justice Scott Gordon's duty until July 31.

The news came months after Clarkson changed her name to Kelly Brianne.

ET confirmed that Clarkson legally changed her name to Kelly Briane through the Superior Court of California.

"The Decree is signed and filed. The Petitioner's name is changed from KELLY BRIANNE CLARKSON to KELLY BRIANNE," it says.

Her fans initially expressed their concerns that the name change could affect her talk show in any way. Fortunately, "The Kelly Clarkson Show" kept its name.

A publicist for the singer's talk show recently told Vulture (via People) that "The Kelly Clarkson Show" would retain its name. It means that the show refused to use Kelly Brianne's name and change it to "The Kelly Brianne Show."

The "Breakaway" hitmaker, however, clarified that her name change was just a formality of her divorce and that she is still Kelly Clarkson.
