Johnny Depp regained his career after winning the defamation trial against Amber Heard and scoring the power to take everything she currently has.

In the past weeks, talks about Heard's lack of capabilities to pay Depp have been continuously swirling around. There are even suggestions on how the actress can earn money, but those will still not be enough to cover the $10.35 million damages she needs to settle.

With that, the "Pirates of the Caribbean" actor garnered the power to take every property Heard has to complete the damages fees.

According to lawyer Jeremiah Denton, who is not related to the Depp-Heard case, the actor could levy her assets or even take the California's Yucca Valley house from her.

"[Depp] can institute collection proceedings so he can garnish [Heard's] pay if she has a salary or wage-type income. He can attach her assets which basically means seize them. He can get to her assets, sell them and take cash," he said, per StyleCaster.

Heard purchased the home for $795,000, boasting 24,281 square meters of land.

The amount is still not enough to complete the amount she needs to settle. In fact, even if she sold the Tesla Model X car she received from Elon Musk, Heard would still be in trouble.

With that, there were talks that her tell-all book will help her financially — but it can spark another defamation lawsuit.

Amber Heard NOT Covered by Insurance

In a separate interview with The New York Post, Denton mentioned that Heard is more broke than anyone could ever imagine due to legal fees and her lavish spending.

She is somewhat saved by her homeowner's insurance from The Travelers Companies, which covers the cost of her lawyers.

But Denton warned that the policy does not cover the damages she owes Depp.

"The insurance company will keep in its back pocket the option of denying coverage at the end of the day - denying coverage means refusing to pay the plaintiff, in this case, Mr. Depp," Denton went on.

In the end, legal analyst Emily D. Baker noted that only Depp could save Heard from further financial damage as he could waive the fees. But Ben Chew made it clear that the actor would skip punishing Heard if she agreed not to launch a countersuit and appeal.

Baker continued, saying that Depp is "more interested in her not repeating these allegations" than making her pay.
