According to a source, the Bon Jovi frontman and the rest of their family "love" the "Stranger Things" actress and are overjoyed that their relationship is going so well.
Not only is Jon encouraging, but so is Jake's mother, Dorothea.
The couple's parents apparently saw a lot of parallels, especially when they initially started dating.
"Many people feel Jake and Millie are simply experiencing young puppy love and that it won't last," the insider added, "but Jake's parents know that it can endure because they were the same ages as Jake and Millie when they started dating in 1980."

Under a knitted green skirt, the "Enola Holmes" actress donned a black star design bikini top with matching bottoms. She smiled brightly as she got into the boat with the assistance of personnel, and her 20-year-old lover was dressed in a blue Hawaiian shirt decorated with yellow dandelions.
They began getting close with each other aboard the yacht, and were seen cuddling and kissing.
Aside from the PDA, the pair laughed as they soaked up the rays.
