Amber Heard has received more terrible news in the aftermath of her court loss and rumored appeal.

According to TMZ, her insurance company does not want to be paying any amount of the $8.35 million she owes ex-husband Johnny Depp following her June 1 defamation trial loss.

A Virginia jury awarded the "Pirates of the Caribbean" star $10.5 million in damages, while the "Aquaman" actress received $2 million.

Heard is said to be attempting to utilize the company's $1 million liability coverage with New York Marine and General Insurance Co., which covers defamation and other misconduct.

Unfortunately, the insurance company retaliated, claiming that under California law, they are not required to compensate the actress since she committed a "willful" and "malicious" act of misconduct by defaming Depp.

New York Marine is also apparently seeking a judge's declaration that they will not be accountable for providing any funds to Heard for any portion of the money she owes Depp.

The 36-year-old Oonagh Paige's mother may be poor after depleting her savings and battling her court battle with Depp, but he may purportedly make millions from her supposed tell-all book.

Publishers are apparently bidding for the rights to her revenge biography, and the bidding war has reportedly reached $15 million.

In addition, a source told OK magazine that Amber Heard is already thinking about ending her Hollywood career and focusing on the next big seller-- the anticipated tell-all book.

"At this point, she has nothing to lose and wants to reveal everything," the source added.

However, a legal expert feels that if she does not consider the things she says in the book, she will be back in court for another round of defamation proceedings.

"To the extent that Heard wants to discuss this issue and her connection with Depp in a tell-all statement or book, she needs to be exceedingly careful about what she says about him," says Dror Bikel.

"Depp and his lawyers will read and listen to everything Heard says. If she crosses the line, which is quite possible, she will be slammed with another defamation claim and wind herself back in court."

Amber Heard's attorneys are also demanding a retrial with charges of improper jury service, as well as asking the court to overturn the decision in the shocking defamation trial with Johnny Depp.
