Wendy Williams is embarking on a new chapter in her life, over a year after leaving her program and only weeks after "The Wendy Williams Show" was canceled.

Though she said she can't wait to fall in love again, the 57-year-old told Hollywood Life that just because she wants to be in a relationship doesn't mean she wants to say "I Do" again.

"There's no money in being married, therefore I'll never get married again," Wendy remarked while promoting her new podcast "The Wendy Experience."

"However, in order to fall in love, I'll most likely have to go through 40 or 50 men before I find the ideal one."

When asked what attributes she would look for in a companion, Wendy joked that her future partner should "earn more money" than she does.

Wendy Williams has an estimated net worth of $20 million, according to Celebrity Net Worth.

Wendy filed for divorce from ex-husband Kevin Hunter in 2019 after 20 years of marriage. However, their divorce was formalized about a year later.

Following their divorce, she had a brief relationship with businessman Mike Esterman. They announced their quits after a few months of dating in May 2021.

The author began her career as a DJ before leaving her radio program in 2009 to pursue her TV show, which concluded last month.

She expressed relief that the cancellation of "The Wendy Williams Show" had allowed her to keep her potential relationship private, saying that her potential lover would not have to visit the set and be subjected to public scrutiny.

Wendy Williams Podcast

Wendy Williams' manager, Will Selby, broke the news that she will not be returning to television but will instead launch a podcast.

When asked when "The Wendy Experience" will be released, the daytime diva answered "very soon," adding that she "feels incredibly fantastic" and can "perform anything or nothing at all."

Wendy hopes to record the podcast at her $4.5 million NYC penthouse, according to The Sun, but no arrangement has been reached and she has yet to begin filming.

However, she and her management are said to have begun the creative process and are already looking for their first visitor.

Will told the source that they want Fat Joe to be the first because "he's somebody Wendy trusts" and because he's an icon.

Fans will have to wait to see when Wendy Williams' podcast will be released.
