Barack, Michelle Obama Disappointed: Daughters Living It Up In LA With Wild Spending Habits?

Are Barack and Michelle Obama's daughters having an excessively good time in LA?

Former First Daughters Malia and Sasha Obama are allegedly worrying their parents about their extravagant spending habits.

According to an informant who talked to OK magazine, the two girls have been hanging out with people who are also pretty spendy with their money now that they are in Los Angeles.

The source added that Malia and Sasha now dine at high-end restaurants on most evenings and shop for luxury outfits in Beverly Hills and West Hollywood.

Aside from that, the two girls spend tens of thousands of dollars on salon and spa visits.

Malia was recently photographed dining at an pricey vegan restaurant and taking a shot at a pricey Peruvian restaurant in West Hollywood.

Meanwhile, her sister Sasha is said to be spending a lot of money on expensive manicures.

Despite being wealthy $70 million, Michelle and Barack Obama grew up substantially more humble, despite their family's lack of financial difficulties when their children were small.

"Their daughters' spending is now at the top of Barack and Michelle's gripe list," the insider continued.

They went on to say, "They are aware that they are no different from many other families whose children are enjoying their independence from the nest. This is simply another vexing aspect of motherhood."

As previously reported by the site, Michelle and Barack are concerned not only about Sasha and Malia Obama's spending habits, but also about their daughters' burgeoning romances.

Michelle quipped on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" in Aprilthat her girls adored the Jonas Brothers and that "they are bringing mature guys home."

"Previously, it was only pop bands. They now have boyfriends and actual lives."

Michelle also admitted that she seeks guidance from her mother when it comes to parenting Sasha and Malia.

"She said, 'I'm not raising infants, I'm raising actual individuals to be out in the world,' and I simply kept that in mind with the kids," she explained.

Still, the claim concerning Sasha and Malia Obama's crazy spending habits should be taken with a grain of salt. There is no evidence that the two former First Daughters are spending their parents' money on shopping, fine eating, and self-care.
