After being seen in her parked car with an unknown drug in a pipette and smoking in the driver's seat, the supermodel-turned-actress seemed to be in ill condition.

According to the Daily Mail, the 30-year-old was spotted changing her clothes inside her car before stopping at a sex store for about 30 minutes on Wednesday.

Cara was also seen with a long, circular pipe-like contraption in her mouth, massaging her face and blowing her nose repeatedly.

The "Paper Towns" star also changed into shorts that exposed her damaged legs and did not conceal her makeup-free face.

Cara was seen on the phone while wearing a Jimi Hendrix tee, shorts, and shoes, as well as a pair of shades and a bucket hat for an incognito visit to the store.

Cara Delevingne is well-known for her outlandish style and temperament. Her most recent outing, as reported by the Daily Mail, is only one of several recent public sightings of her unusual conduct.

Wednesday's behavior is the latest in a series of public instances that have alarmed supporters.

Cara celebrated her 30th birthday last month with a boat vacation in Spain.

She also looked to be having a good time as she sought to spread her cake-frosted lips on her buddies and even appeared to struggle with them.

The "Only Murders In The Building" star made news in May for her strange behavior at the 2022 Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas.

She was seen on camera aggravating Megan Thee Stallion and fussing about the train of the rapper's outfit as she posed for shots on the red carpet.

A frenetic and lively Cara was also seen diving into the shoot to pick up Megan's gown train, which she began flinging into the air in an apparent attempt to assist the "WAP" rapper capture a more dramatic photo.

On the same night, Megan Thee Stallion fans shouted out the supermodel. Even after winning the prize for Best Female Rap Artist, they mocked her for breaching Megan's personal space.

While Megan appeared to be trying to take in her big moment, the blonde beauty sitting next to her could be seen leaning in and pushing out her tongue while Megan ignored her.
