Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen are having so much problems in paradise that the latter is said to have issued an ultimatum.

According to Radar Online, the supermodel put pressure on her husband to retire from football soon before their claimed epic argument after returning to the NFL.

Brady's fixation with football has been a source of tension between him and his wife, and it appears to have created a line in the sand between them.

Brady announced his retirement from football in February, following 22 years of service. In the process, he collected seven Super Bowl rings.

Though Bundchen thanked him on his history and successes on social media, a source said she was already planning to leave unless he retired.

An insider revealed to OK magazine, "She was on his case when he was still playing for the Patriots."

Brady played 20 seasons with the New England Patriots before becoming the Tampa Bay Buccaneers' quarterback in 2020.

"[Bundchen] set down the terms: It's me or football," the source added, stressing that she was concerned about her husband's physical and emotional health as a result of the game's wear and tear.

They went on to state that the Brazilian beauty had previously urged him to stop smoking every day for the past six years, but her spouse would say one thing and then do another. He appeared to be undecided about leaving the field.

"It took years, but she wore him down until he finally realized her logic."

Tom Brady stated less than six weeksafter his shocking statement that he will NOT retire from football in March and would return to play for the Buccaneers.

He stated on Twitter that his place is on the field, not in the stands.

Unfortunately, his change of heart caused conflicts in his family life.

Gisele Bundchen reportedly left their house in Floridaand traveled to Costa Rica a few days ago because they were "in a quarrel."

Brady's choice to continue playing football after his first retirement declaration was said to be the source of their marital problems.

Bundchen felt it was a bit unfair since she had always been the one taking care of their kids with little to no help from her husband.

The retirement was so Brady could focus on his family, but instead, he changed his mind.

As of writing, Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen are still together.
