Meghan McCain Suffered From a Miscarriage Years Back

Earlier this year, the TV personality spoke to People Magazine's "Me Becoming Mom" podcast, detailing her tragic experience with miscarriage in 2019.

Speaking about what happened, she revealed that her doctor did her blood work and she found out about the sad news the following day.

McCain appeared on Seth Myers at the time which she considers "disastrous" and she didn't understand any of it.

Her doctor left the host confused after telling her that the HCG levels on her body should be doubling and it's numbers are not normal.

At first, she thought miscarriages would result in bleeding, but she experienced a completely different scenario.

The "Bad Republican" author said the doctor was in her apartment and they hid the baby books she purchased for the baby because they knew she was having a miscarriage.

Meghan McCain's Controversial 'The View' Exit

In early reports, Meghan McCain left her spot at the hosts' panel on "The View" even though she still has two more years in her contract with ABC.

During her shocking announcement on TV, the host said it was not an easy decision to leave the show, but COVID-19 changed her outlook on life, and wanted to spend more time with her family after the birth of her first child.

Since "The View" films in New York City and she already moved to Washington DC to focus on her family, McCain didn't want to commute from city to city.

Her mother, Cindy McCain, previously said that she's glad her daughter "chose a little bit of family" over work. (via AP News)
