Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's documentary series on Netflix has reportedly been delayed until next year after attacks on the latest season of "The Crown."

Since the premiere of season five of "The Crown," critics have been loud about the season's portrayal of the former monarch's marriage, including a steamy sequence in which the late Prince Philip confided in a lady about marital troubles.

According to Deadline, "The Crown" will be broadcast on November 9, while the documentary about the Duke and Duchess of Sussex will be released the following month.

However, due to criticism of the plotlines of the controversial Netflix "The Crown" series, the tell-all series from Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will be postponed.

However, according to another Page Six rumor, the couple's documentary series will still launch later this year. It will be released in December, as previously reported.

The insider revealed the streaming giant is spooked, and they blinked first and chose to postpone it, but the documentary series will still be published later this year. Any problems would have nothing to do with the fifth season of "The Crown."

As previously reported, Archie and Lilibet's parents wanted any damning remarks they made regarding their royal relatives, including King Charles III, Queen Consort Camilla, Kate Middleton, and Prince William, to be deleted.

The Sussexes and Netflix did not agree, with the former insisting on delaying the show until next year.

"As far as I am aware," a well-placed insider told Page Six, "the docu-series is still going ahead later this year."

The billion-dollar streamer has yet to declare an official release date for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's documentary series, and other sources have disclosed problems with it-the pair comments that contradicted what the Duke of Sussex wrote in his planned biography.

Prince Harry is also embroiled in a fight with his father over his tell-all book agreement with Penguin Random House, which is rumored to be worth $20 million.

The King wants to cancel the book arrangement because of possibly damaging comments made by the Duke about his stepmother, Camilla.

According to Radar Online, Prince Harry made "nasty comments" about the Queen Consort, further dividing the British royal family right before King Charles III took to the throne.
