There appears to be no chance for Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen, as it is already believed that things will grow much nastier.

According to Page Six, the supermodel has engaged a top divorce lawyer in Florida to represent her against her athletic spouse as they appear to be on the verge of divorce.

Sources revealed that Gisele will be represented by Tom Sasser, managing partner of the legal firm Sasser, Cestero & Roy. He represented other high-profile clients in his divorce from Elin Nordegren, including Tiger Woods.

The West Palm Beach divorce attorney also represented Jeff Gordon in his contentious divorce from Brooke, which escalated into a struggle over his financial assets.

One source said, "things are quite unpleasant between Tom and Gisele because of the attorneys. They're prepared to battle."

"Tom and Gisele aren't fighting over their children; they both want joint custody." However, dividing their vast fortune and property throughout the world will take some time."

Benjamin, 12, and Vivian, 9, are the couple's two children. Tom does, however, have a 15-year-old son named Jack with his ex-wife Bridget Moynahan.

Radar Online reported that the Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback has given up hope of saving his marriage to Gisele. Both are said to be preparing for a $400 million divorce fight.

For months, the pair has been at odds after Gisele grew enraged when Tom chose to resign from the NFL and return to the field.

Because they already have attorneys, the two are preparing to negotiate the details of their settlement.

According to Radar Online's insider, the quarterback was still hopeful that things would improve, despite the fact that they had numerous major arguments over their 13-year marriage.

"Gisele is enraged and furious since Tom lied to her about retiring. She feels her spouse broke his promise - and she wants him to pay for it! "

They said that Tom is no longer considering reconciliation, and that his football buddies have already informed him that his wife is "too much trouble."

They allegedly encouraged him to rejoin the dating pool and even join them at a club.

Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen will have to decide how to divide their $30 million real estate portfolio, which includes a $17 million property in Florida.

Despite several speculations regarding their divorce, Tom and Gisele have yet to file for divorce.
