Big Sean surprised one of his biggest fans when he visited a young boy at his home for an exclusive preview of Hall of Fame.

"I felt like, who would enjoy hearing my album first more than him?" the rapper said in the MTV video shown below. "I just wanted to give him that experience, and go to his house and play the album. I wish my favorite rapper would've came to my house and played their album for me. I just wanted to make that moment happen and make his family proud."

Christian Ponisi was born with spinal muscular atrophy, a disease which confines the 18-year-old to a wheelchair. He previously tried to meet Sean through the Make-A-Wish-Foundation but the attempt was unsuccessful. Taking matters into his own hands, he reached out to the rapper via Twitter. The Staten Island native was then asked to visit Sean on the set of an Adidas shoot.

"He was just so cool when I met him and he was repping so hard... He knew every word to every song," Sean explained of their first encounter. "His family wheeled him up in a wheelchair, and was like 'This dude has to be your biggest fan."

Hall of Fame Tracklist

Ponisi's father said that his son listens to Sean's newest single Fire "all day long." This was proven true when Ponisi reiterated every lyric as Sean played the song. He also knew all the lyrics to Beware, another song from the upcoming album.

As a true fan, Ponisi praised the album.

"Honestly, music is a big part of my life and I heard Yeezus, I heard Magna Carta and J. Cole's new album. And, this is is honestly the best out of them," he said. "And I'm not just saying that cause you're right next to me."

Sean will visit six more lucky fans in six different cities before the release of his album. Hall of Fame hits stores on Aug. 27.
