Kanye West snatched a reporter's phone and lectured her over a question about his wife, Bianca Censori.

Per TMZ, one of its camera people was among those trailing the rapper as he made his way over to Hollywood Boulevard for Charlie Wilson's Walk of Fame ceremony on Monday.

"Hey Kanye, How are you doing? It's good to see you," TMZ's photographer said to the artist, as seen in a video she recorded during their encounter.

"People want to know if Bianca has free will. Some people are saying you're controlling," she added.

But before she could continue what she was saying, Kanye grabbed her phone and started lecturing her.

"Don't come ask me your dumbass s**t. I am a person. Are you crazy?" Kanye told TMZ's staff member.

"That's your job to go off to every celebrity and ask them some dumbass s**t about their wife?" the recording artist continued.

The interaction between Ye and TMZ's photographer received mixed reactions from netizens when the video was uploaded on the outlet's YouTube channel.

Several netizens took the rapper's side and alleged that what TMZ's staff member did was "disrespectful."

"I don't really like him, but Kanye was correct for this! What she did was highly disrespectful! Just because you're a reporter doesn't make it correct to belittle someone to their face, especially when you seek that viral soundbite. Well, she got it. It was just her getting told off, as she should have been. You all better stop walking up on people with craziness like that," opined one netizen.

"I'm not a fan of his, but he's right 100%," stated another.

"I would do the same thing if someone came up to me, put a camera under my nose and asked if I was controlling my spouse as if it's not an extremely rude thing to do," a different netizen wrote.

Meanwhile, some claimed that what Kanye did to the reporter was wrong.

"He had a good point until he held her phone hostage to control her, so she had to listen to him call himself a superhero. [Laugh out loud.] Controlling a women [sic] concerned if he's controlling a woman answers her question pretty clearly I think," noted a netizen.

"It's never okay to yell in someone's face to the point of making them cry. It doesn't matter who you are, it's just not a reasonable response to a question even if the question was unreasonable," commented someone else.

"She's just doing her job," stated another.

In September 2023, the Daily Mail reported that Censori's friends were "extremely concerned" about her allegedly bizarre behavior and feared that Ye was allegedly manipulating the architectural designer to become a "radicalized" version of his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian.

Most recently, the "Vultures" artist reportedly banned Bianca from using social media for protection against negative comments.

"Bianca has always had social media and was active on it -- until she married Kanye," an unnamed insider told the Daily Mail.

Censori's friends were reportedly concerned about Ye's posting of their friend's racy pictures on Instagram despite claiming that she needed protection.
