A Spice Girls reunion tour could be happening soon, as hinted by Melanie "Mel B" Brown during a recent talk show appearance.

The English singer recently appeared as a guest on "Today with Hoda & Jenna" to talk about her memoir titled "Brutally Honest" and her fiancé, Rory McPhee, among many others.

After sharing how McPhee proposed, the hosts brought up the iconic 90s girl group Mel B used to be a part of, the Spice Girls. Jenna Bush Hager asked Scary Spice about the group's rumored reunion, to which the pop star replied, "I can't because I always get told off because I'm the blabbermouth."

"You know, we are working -- I think I said this to you before, us five are working on something that's going to be announced soon," she continued.

"This is gonna be really good, and the fans are gonna be really happy about it."

When the hosts tried to get more information about the Spice Girls reunion from Brown, the latter tried her best not to talk about it anymore by playfully walking off the set.

"I'm gonna get in trouble. I'm not gonna say anything. OK, bye," Mel B said while emptying her seat and exiting the frame, leaving Hoda Kotb and Jenna laughing.

"That felt like maybe there's gonna be a tour," Kotb said, which Hager echoed, saying, "That felt like a maybe!"

The Spice Girls was an English girl group formed in 1994 that targeted the young female audience with its "girl power" mantra.

Aside from Scary Spice Mel B, Melanie "Mel C" Chisholm (Sporty Spice), Emma Bunton (Baby Spice), Geri Halliwell (Ginger Spice) and Victoria Beckham (Posh Spice) make up the pop girl group.

When the girl band reunited in 2019, Beckham decided not to join her former bandmates on their six-date U.K. tour at Manchester Etihad Stadium. Posh Spice's last performance as a Spice Girl was at the 2012 Olympics closing ceremony in London.

In 2021, Beckham penned a letter to her "older and wiser" future self for British Vogue. In one part of her letter, she talked about the moment she knew it was time to step away from the girl group.

"Remember years ago, watching your dear friend Elton John on stage in Las Vegas. He performed 'Tiny Dancer' as if it were the first time, and you realized this was like oxygen for him. It was a life-changing moment -- while singing and dancing was fun for you, it wasn't your passion," wrote the now fashion designer.

"That day, you started your quest to uncover your own dreams. It was time to step away from being a Spice Girl."

There is no confirmation yet if Beckham will join her bandmates in their rumored reunion, but Mel B's statements on the "Today" show could offer a big clue.
