Wednesday the former host of Extra, aged 52, took to Instagram to delve into her past encounters with the 54-year-old hip-hop luminary. Through her post, she detailed her approach to navigating those moments. Additionally, she uploaded a video in response to a segment by journalist Touré, who alleged that Diddy had terminated his male relative for declining to "stay the night."

"You know, we all have stories," Ray stated in the video. "Seriously, we all have stories. Mine is horrific, and only five people know it. And I probably will never tell it but it's since then I've been like, 'Yup.' And I'm also very intimately aware that if you tell your truth you become victimized over and over and over and over and over. And mind you, I then interviewed him many times."

Ray mentioned having numerous experiences accumulated over her 25-year tenure in Hollywood, suggesting a potential future book but expressing reluctance due to the traumatic nature of these stories. She emphasized the desire for women to simply live safely without revisiting past trauma continually, preferring not to dwell in a state of victimhood. Ray explained that the preference for silence stems from a desire to move on, pursue happiness, and leave behind painful memories.

The caption stated, "women hold a lot in order to function every day in a man's world."
