Gypsy Rose Blanchard underwent another change in her life months after her release from prison last December.

On Friday, the 32-year-old underwent rhinoplasty to enhance the shape and appearance of her nose and make it "more feminine-looking," according to People.

"I'm going through a personal transformation journey currently and that includes a physical one too. Wish me luck with my surgery and watch the whole thing this summer on 'Gypsy Rose: Life After Lock Up,'" she said.

Meanwhile, her close friend, Nadiya Vizier, claimed that Blanchard had been wanting to get a nose job for a while.

"The main thing is that she wanted a more feminine-looking nose. She just wants to fix it up and give it a more feminine look," Vizier told People.

Fortunately, the cosmetic surgery that took place in Lafayette, Louisiana, "went great" for Blanchard. However, she experienced pain and a bit of difficulty during her recovery.

"I come in and out of sleep. I was in pain at first, but I am on pain medicine. I can't breathe through my nose because of the packing, but that comes off on the 10th," she said.

"I want it so bad," she added, expressing excitement to see the new look of her nose after it heals completely.

This physical transformation came after Blanchard announced her separation from her husband, Ryan Anderson, via a private Facebook post in March.

"People have been asking what is going on in my life. Unfortunately, my husband and I are going through a separation, and I moved in with my parents' home down the bayou," she wrote, according to a private Facebook post obtained by People.

"I have the support of my family and friends to help guide me through this. I am learning to listen to my heart. Right now I need time to let myself find... who I am."

Meanwhile, Anderson, who tied the knot with Blanchard in a jailhouse ceremony in July 2022, broke his silence after her announcement and posted a video on his Instagram page and his newly-created TikTok account.

"Hey, everybody! I just want to thank you all for the support and the nice messages I've been getting from people," he said.

"It's been great. I'm just living my life... You all will see what really happened on Lifetime. We're filming a lot so stay tuned for that."
