Amber Rose Breaks Silence On Chris Rock Dating Rumors After They Were Spotted Together
Amber Rose clarified her relationship status amid rumors that she's dating Chris Rock.
Rose, 40, and Rock, 59, were spotted out and about in December. Following the sighting, there were various speculations about their relationship, with many claiming they were dating.
Rose spoke with Entertainment Tonight recently to shut down the dating rumors. She said the outing with Rock wasn't a date, noting that they have been friends for over a decade.
"It was not [a date]," she exclusively told ET. "I've been friends with Chris Rock for, like, 13 years... We met for coffee. We talked some crap to each other. He made me laugh because he's hilarious. And that's our friendship. Just friendship."

To clarify her point, the "Sister Code" actress noted that nothing in the shots suggested any romantic ties between them. They were noticeably distant from each other and were not holding hands.
"We were not holding hands, and we were obviously very separate. It just becomes unfair sometimes," Rose added.
Speaking about their friendship, Rose said she gives the comedian "relationship advice." Rock was formerly married to Malaak Compton-Rock for 18 years before they split in 2014. Their divorce was finalized two years later, in 2016.
Rose and Rock are both single. The former has no problem with her relationship status and is even "very happy" about it.
"I'm definitely not looking for nothing. I'm definitely very happy raising my children and having my own schedule," she said.
Rose has two children. She shares Sebastian Troy Thomaz, 11, with Whiz Khalifa; and Slash Electric Alexander Edwards, 4, with ex Alexander "AE" Edwards.

Rose added that she has several close friends in Hollywood but kept them private. She also named some of them and explained that their connection involved her kids.
"I'm close friends with Tom Arnold, our kids play together. I'm close friends with Sandra Bullock, our kids play together," Rose said.
"I love Sandra. She's amazing. She's the most down-to-earth, coolest person ever. My son and her daughter are best friends. They're on FaceTime all day. We love Sandra."
Meanwhile, Rose recently opened up about how her ex-boyfriend, Kanye West, influenced her fashion. According to her, the "Gold Digger" rapper was her first celebrity boyfriend, and he turned her into "this sexpot type of girl."
"I am conservative actually," Rose said. "I have always been conservative since I was young."
"That was my first relationship with a celebrity ever but also in the public eye. And he knows a lot about fashion, and he always wanted me to dress very sexy."
