Rap mogul Jay-Z is being slammed in a recent interview by a former Roc-A-Fella artist who claims he allegedly left Beanie Sigel out to dry in his attempted murder case.

Former State Property rapper Oschino Vazquez claimed on 'Say Cheese' podcast that the label boss had the opportunity to make a positive impact in Sigel's case when the judge asked him a simple question, but he allegedly refused to support Sigel during the 2003 trial.

In the clip from Twitter, now known as X, which has been viewed over 2 million times, Oschino detailed what he witnessed in the courtroom alongside the 'Empire State of Mind' rapper.

"Let me tell you what I saw, bro," Oschino began.

"I came to court for Beans [Sigel], when he allegedly shot somebody," he began. "Jay-Z got on the stand and they [judge] said, 'Are you gonna be responsible for him if we let him go?' Jay-Z said 'Naa.' " Oschino, 45, claimed. "This ain't hearsay — this is me there in the courtroom."

"I was just thinking, like... 'What did he come to court for then?' If you're not gonna defend — mind you — this is my thing... if I got a homie [in jail], all I gotta do is say, 'I'm responsible for him when he get out,' I'm saying it everytime," he explained. "If he kills somebody or something, they can't charge me with it."
