The creators of South Park discussed the recent episode of the show in which they mock President Donald Trump, sharing how they worked around Comedy Centeral's broadcast standards department in order to create and air the episode.

The episode depicts the 47th President furiously storming through South Park, the fictional city where the show is set, suing a variety of the characters and constantly threatening legal action. The satirical caricature of Trump ultimately lands in bed with the devil, being portrayed with a micropenis.

At the end of the episode, Trump passes out in a desert as a micropenis reveals itself and states "I'm Donald J. Trump and I endorse this message."

"Trump. His penis is teeny tiny, but his love for us is large," a voiceover concludes.

Show creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone discussed how they were able to get the episode aired during an appearance at a Comic-Con panel on Thursday, revealing that Comedy Central even threatened to "blur the penis" in the final scene.

"I was like, 'No you're not going to blur the penis,'" Parker explained to a laughing audience.

"We put eyes on the penis," Stone added.

"If we put eyes on the penis, [they] won't blur it," he continued. "And then that was a whole conversation with a lot of grown-up people for about four f--king days."

"'Cause then it's a character," Parker added, with mock sincerity.

The host joked: "You should know I have a subpoena for you tonight."

"That's all right man, I'm ready," Parker replied, to cheers from the audience.

The episode, which was released after Parker and Stone concluded a $1.5 billion streaming rights deal with Paramount, mentions the deal, as well as a settlement Paramount came to with Trump over a 60 Minutes interview featuring then-Vice President Kamala Harris, amounting to $16 million.
