Rumors of Justin Bieber being stabbed by a crazed fan outside a N.Y.C. nightclub had Beliebers worried and shaken for his safety. However, it was all a scam posting on Facebook which read: "Justin Bieber stabbed by a crazed fan outside a NYC nightclub." The post even came with an image showing a backside of a wounded man. When users clicked on the image, it redirected to a survey page which benefitted the scammers.

The scam angered Bieber fans as they took to Twitter to vent. "I can't believe people started a rumor that Justin Bieber got stabbed with gruesome pic of someone... with their back slashed," posted Manwigs.

Some posted their relief about the rumor being false. "Okay okay Justin Bieber being stabbed is a terrible lie," wrote DaJuan. "Happy 2 report this."

Bieber is currently working on his latest Album, "Believe", which is scheduled to be released next month. The album will reportedly feature Drake, Ludacris, Taylor Swift and Kanye West. A song about the girl who claimed to have his baby is also said to be included in the album, according to reports. Mariah Yeater caused a media sensation last year when she claimed that Bieber fathered her son.
