Michael Jackson's former bodyguard Matt Fiddes has stated that he will take legal action to prove that he is Blanket's biological father. Blanket, 10, whose real name is Prince Michael II, is the youngest child of the late King of Pop.

The former British bodyguard, 32, announced that he will fight to prove that he is the father and to have visitation rights to see his son. Fiddes, a martial arts expert, first brought the claims to light in 2010. Now he plans to give a DNA sample to prove it and fight for visitation rights. "All I want is access if he's my child, to take him out, and spend some time together. My mum is dying of cancer. I want her to see Blanket more than anything."

Fiddes insists that he does not want anything to do with the Jackson family or their cash. "I'm a self-made man. I don't want or need their cash." He claims that he donated his sperm in 2001 after Jackson told him that he wanted an "athletic" child and that he was offered $500,000, which he refused.  Fiddes also claims that when he asked Jackson if Blanket was his son, the King of Pop told him: "He's my child, Matt, but I used your sperm to produce him."'
