In midst of divorce proceedings and gearing up for the premiere of her talk show, Bethenny Frankel on Aug. 30 commented on the controversial photo of Robin Thicke holding the behind of a woman who was not his wife.

The Blurred Lines singer, married to actress Paula Patton, was photographed grabbing the derriere of a blonde woman at New York City nightclub 1OAK, where he hosted an after-party following his Video Music Awards performance with Miley Cyrus on Aug. 25. Thicke and the unidentified woman posed for a photographer and a mirror reflection in the background revealed that the singer was grabbing the woman's behind as he widely grinned for the camera.

After the photo went viral, Frankel discussed the scandalous shot with her Twitter followers. The talk show host wrote, "Can we please discuss that there is a picture of @robinthicke w his hand up another woman's skirt. Did he lose something?"

"If that were my husband, that woman's ass would be the proud new owner of his hand," she also tweeted

When a Twitter follower asked what she would think if Patton said she was fine with Thicke grabbing onto another woman, Frankel replied, "If all agree, then it's a non traditional marriage."

Frankel has been somewhat open about her own marriage to Jason Hoppy now that the two are battling it out in divorce court and discussing custody of their daughter Bryn. The estranged couple still live in the Tribeca apartment they moved into together as a family, with both parties refusing to be the first to move out.

She told Life & Style magazine in August that the divorce proceedings have been hard and that "it's difficult to stay sane." The same month she said she is not ready to start a new relationship just yet.

"Right now, I'm closed for business. Really closed," she said, according to New York Daily News. "I'm a person who only likes to have sex with someone I'm really into. And I'm not remotely in a place where I want to be in a relationship. I am not ready to meet someone."

In July, she listed on Twitter the things that make her life the most difficult, with a strain on her marriage being one of them.

Frankel filed for divorce in January 2013. She married Hoppy, a pharmaceuticals executive, in 2010 while she was pregnant with Bryn, who is now 3.

Bethenny premieres Sept. 9 on Fox 5, weekdays at 11 a.m.
