Justin Bieber is gearing up to release new music starting in October, the singer's manager revealed via Twitter.

Scooter Braun tweeted on Monday that fans can look forward to the 19-year-old pop superstar's new songs very soon. He added that Bieber is also getting ready to release a new film, which will be a follow-up to his 2011 3-D documentary Justin Bieber: Never Say Never.

"And yes... @justinbieber gives u some new music in October until December and then a special movie on Christmas," the manager tweeted, followed by "provided we finish the movie on time."

Bieber's last album, Believe Acoustic, was released in January 2013. He released a song on Aug. 16 titled Slave to the Rhythm featuring vocals by Michael Jackson. On Aug. 28 an audio leaked online of his duet with Miley Cyrus titled Twerk.

Bieber posted online photos of his musical collaborations for the new album and Sean Kingston told MTV News Tuesday that he will also be making music with the Beauty & a Beat singer.

"It's crazy, like we just linked back up. I haven't seen him in a long time and we just linked up [this week], so we're going to definitely work on some... he said he wanted to get into the studio," Kingston said, the same day he dropped his new album, Back 2 Life. "So when we get to L.A. we'll probably work it out."

The singers previously worked together on the track Eenie Meenie and performed together during the Z100 Jingle Ball concert in December 2010. They.are also good friends - the report stated that Bieber was by his side after the latter was injured in a near-fatal jet-ski accident in 2011.

Bieber previewed some tracks from his new album for Kingston and the latter said, "It was sounding good."

"You never know. We'll see [about working together]," he explained. "He's becoming a man, so it's dope watching him go through what I went through."

The 23-year-old singer thinks Bieber will be able to put out music that keeps fans listening for years to come.

"I feel like it depends on how you came on the scene, and I feel like he didn't come on the scene all cookie-cutter," he said. "He was an innocent, of course, young kid, but he didn't come on like a Disney guy. He came on just doing music [and], of course, he got young fans 'cause he's a young artist. But I feel like he's not classified [in one way]. I think he can move around."
