Filming has begun for season 18 of The Bachelor, starring Bachelorette season 9 contestant Juan Pablo Galavis.

ABC has yet announce a premiere date for the new season but Reality Steve reported that it will air Jan. 6, 2014. The reality show blogger also shared pictures of the contestants that will be vying to win Galavis' heart. View their images and background information here. 

Below are the names of the 15 contestants, all of which have already filmed scenes with Galavis, their rumored ages and where they are from:

Galavis was announced as next year's Bachelor during the Bachelorette season finale special in August. Host Chris Harrison shared the news live on television during After The Rose, The Bachelorette, which followed the season's finale. Galavis, 32, is a single father who has a daughter named Camila, 4.

After Galavis was announced, former Bachelor Sean Lowe offered advice for the budding reality star, saying Galavis should simply "be yourself."
