Zac Efron bares all in his newest movie trailer.

The movie, That Awkward Moment, will most likely help the actor, who recently revealed a secret stint in rehab due to a reported cocaine addiction, shed his Disney image once and for all.

The movie, previously titled Are We Officially Dating?  stars Efron, Michael B. Jordan (Friday Night Lights), and Miles Teller (21 & Over, The Spectacular Now, Project X), and follows the story of three best friends as they navigate the tricky world of dating in your 20s after they make a pact to not enter serious relationships when Jordan's character gets dumped. Things get complicated though when Efron's character Jason meets the girl of his dreams, played by Imogen Potts.

Efron goes fully nude for a scene where his character has trouble peeing after taking Viagra. While on the phone with Teller's Daniel, he tells him to get 'horizontal,' and the two both lie horizontally across their toilets in order to finish. Teller is featured only without pants, but Efron goes completely naked for the scene.

Another hilariously raunchy scene features Efron semi-going full frontal as he meets his girl at a "dress-up party," but he misunderstands the term, arriving in a costume where he sports a white t-shirt with the words "Rock Out" splashed across it, and a fake penis hanging out of the front of his pants.

The film, written and directed by Tom Gormican, one of the producers of Movie 43, opens in theaters January 31.
