'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' Season 8 VIDEO Spoiler: Baby North West Birth By Kim Kardashian
A week after Kanye West popped the question to Kim Kardashian on her 33rd birthday, E! will premiere a new Keeping Up With The Kardashians featuring the arrival of their daughter North West.
A voiceover in the promotional clip tells Kardashians fans to "be there the day Kim becomes a mom,"
In the sneak peek for the episode titled, All Signs Point To North, Kardashian is going into labor five weeks early and is upset because she is in touch with everyone but her mother Kris Jenner.
During the previous episode that aired on Oct. 13, Kim's doctor told her during a visit that her baby would be arriving sooner than expected, around June 12th. It turns out he was right!
In the teaser, Kim is on the phone with Khloe Kardashian and she is upset because she learns she has toxemia and has to give birth right away. She feels alone because West is on a flight to come to Los Angeles but cannot arrive before 5p.m. and Jenner is not answering her phone.
Khloe tells the cameras the family is concerned because the baby is not supposed to arrive for another five weeks. North West's early arrival for them is "definitely scary" she says.
"There is nothing we can do except to wait," Kourtney laments.
Khloe calls their mother and when she finally answers the phone, she quickly comes up with a plan on how the family can go into the hospital without paparazzi catching on.
Khloe Kardashian suggests that Jenner goes to Kim's house and take her to the hospital while she heads to older sister Kourtney's home so they could both be on standby.

Kim gave birth to North West on June 15 in Los Angeles.
Kim, West and North West have been staying at her mother Calabasas home until renovations are complete on their Bel Air mansion.
