Joe Jonas isn't letting rumors about his split with The Jonas Brothers stop him from taking his relationship with girlfriend Blanda Eggenschwiler to the next level.

The two were photographed house hunting with a realtor in Hollywood Friday Oct. 24. Joe's current home is a bachelor pad in the W Residences of Hollywood. And his girlfriend, who's a model, lives in New York.

For fans of The Jonas Brothers, there might be a little hope of them getting back together. On Tuesday Oct. 22, Nick and Joe Jonas sent out tweets implying their trying to work it out.

Joe wrote, "please hold while we get our [explicit] together."Just a few minutes before, his brother Nick Jonas tweeted, "Bear with us."

Joe Jonas spoke briefly spoke about The Jonas Brothers' speculated breakup with People magazine on Oct. 17 at the opening ceremony for the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts in Beverly Hills.

"I'm not going to talk about that right now," he said. But he did mention that he wants to dabble in acting one day. "I think acting would be fun. I would like to [get into that].

Rumors began swirling that the group was breaking up after they cancelled their 19-show tour on Oct. 10, the day before it was supposed to start because of a "deep rift," a rep said in a statement. The group then deleted their Twitter page (but members kept their individual accounts active). Jonas' alleged battle with drug abuse is said to be the reason the band decided to cancel the tour and split up.
