Bethenny Frankel slammed rumors that she is dating someone following her divorce from Jason Hoppy, which has yet to be finalized.

The talk show host referred to accusations that she is in a relationship with Warren Lichtenstein, whom New York Post's Page Six claimed she met when she was engaged to his best friend. The pair have been romantically linked since they were first spotted vacationing in St Tropez together in July.

Lichtenstein is a former business partner of Frankel's ex-fiance, Larry Butler. Lichtenstein and Butler were close friends when they co-founded hedge fund Steel Partners back in 1990, according to the publication. Frankel dated Butler in the mid-90s after ending her first marriage to Hollywood executive Peter Sussman.

"Warren was Larry's best friend and business partner for 20 years," a source told the newspaper. "Bethenny knows Warren through Larry...Larry and Bethenny are still friends to this day."

Frankel and Hoppy have been in and out of divorce court since announced their split in December 2012 after nearly three years of marriage. Among other things, they need to come to an agreement regarding custody of their 3-year-old daughter Bryn. Enstars previously reported that Hoppy and Frankel are still living in the 3,400-square-foot Tribeca condo they moved into as a family, with both parties refusing to be the first to move out.

Frankel explained the reason for the split as them having "fundamental differences" when she was a guest on Watch What Happens Live on Sept. 10. She told the October 2013 issue of Redbook magazine she is uncertainty about getting married again.

"I don't know that I would get remarried. It's too soon to think about," she said. "But I'd listen to my gut. All through reality television, being honest, saying what's on my mind -- that was my gut."
