Prince Harry's girlfriend, Cressida Bonas, has reportedly given up her dream career as a dancer to improve her image as a potential princess.

The royal family reportedly looked down on Bonas' career choice as a dancer. The 24-year-old has also been said to shy away from anything that would cause negative attention or make it seem as if she is handed special favors because of her connection to Prince Harry.

Bonas initially pursued her dancing career at Leeds University before going to Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance in Greenwich, South-East London. She is speculated to have since jumped into another career as a PA of a firm in London's West End, according to Express.

"She doesn't want to do anything that will embarrass Prince Harry, I think she felt uncomfortable about photographs being seen of her dancing earlier this year," a source reportedly told the Mail on Sunday, Nov. 10.

While Bonas was said to be shy and nervous when it comes to joining the royal family, another source told the publication she has had a change of heart. Prince Harry also rumored to be waiting for Bonas to feel a little more comfortable before he proposes.

"Cressida has done a U-turn - she has fallen head-over-heels for Harry and he comes first now. She isn't afraid of the Royal circus anymore," said the insider, while another added, "Harry will want Cressida to feel a part of the family first and ease her in gently."
