Justin Bieber surprised many Beliebers with Christmas presents at a Believe movie screening on Monday.

He gave out toys to fans of all ages at a special showing of the documentary, which releases on Christmas Day, Dec. 25. None of the audience members knew the Boyfriend singer was going to show up and many thanked him for the presents by giving the 19-year-old big hugs.

The Believe world premiere takes place at the Regal L.A. Live theater in Los Angeles on Dec. 18. Bieber and his manager Scooter Braun invited fans from the Philippines to join them at the premiere of the Jon M. Chu-directed concert-movie, according to The Inquisitr. They extended the invitation when they visited the Typhoon Haiyan-ravaged country earlier in December, after the recent launch of the singer's #GiveBackPhilippines fundraiser drive.

Bieber's #GiveBackPhilippines campaign -- to raise funds for victims of Typhoon Haiyan -- ended Monday, Dec. 16 after collecting money for 12 days on Prizeo.com, a celebrity fundraising platform. The final figure raised was $1,161,168. Proceeds from the drive are directed to the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), Action Against Hunger and the Philam Foundation.

Bieber's native Canadian government offered to match donations made by citizens and some Action Against Hunger donors will also match donations, according to the publication. In addition, the United Kingdom's The Mirror reported the singer has raised over $3 million for Typhoon Haiyan relief.
