Just days before winning the Golden Globe for Best Actress in a Musical or Comedy, American Hustle star Amy Adams was spotted singing karaoke in a gay bar.

TMZ videotapped the actress singing in Los Angeles over the weekend and posted a video of her performance online. Adams sang Defying Gravity from the Broadway musical Wicked.

The video shows her singing the last part of the song when the Elphaba character belts out, "I'm flying high/defying gravity/and soon I'll match them in renown/and nobody in all of Oz/no wizard that there is or was/is ever gonna bring me down."

A man on stage with Adams filled the role of Glinda Glinda singing, "I hope you're happy." The audience cheered after Adams finished the tune and she then hugged the man on stage.

Adams showed off her singing skills in the Disney film Enchanted.

The 39-year-old could be nominated for an Oscar for her role in American Hustle this year. She has previously been nominated four other times as a supporting actress in Junebug, Doubt, The Fighter and The Master.

Oscar nominations will be announced Thursday, Jan. 16.

Adams can be seen next in this year's drana Lullaby. The film follows the story of a man who is estranged from his family and finds out his father is going to be taken off life support. She will reprise the role of Lois Lane in 2015's Batman vs. Superman next year.
