While Justin Bieber, 19, was just arrested for a DUI and other charges less than 24 hours ago, he has been released, People reported.

In true Bieber fashion, he made his exit by riding on top of a black SUV waving to fans. He wore a black hoodie, black leather pants and shades.

His bail was set at $2,500 earlier today. He appeared in court for the charges including the DUI, resisting arrest without violence and driving with an expired driver's license. The Beauty and a Beat singer rocked a classic orange jumpsuit. He rolled the sleeves up showing off his arm covered in tattoos.

In a video that was released, Bieber appears to be not only nonchalant but almost cocky while standing in the courtroom as the judge reads his charges and sets the bail. One thousand dollars was for resisting arrest along with another $1,000 for the DUI, topped with $500 for driving with an expired license.

However that might have just been an act because he reportedly waited until he got into his cell to break down and cry.

Bieber's father is also said to be one of the people who was with him when he arrested after drag racing in Miami Beach. He allegedly dropped the f-bomb several times during his arrest and said, "'what the f*** did I do? Why did you stop me? I ain't got no f***ing weapons. Why do you have to search me? What the f*** is this about?'

Bieber's friend, Def Jam Records rapper Khalil Sharief was also taken in, as well as supermodel Chantel Jeffries.

A source said, "Those close to Justin are extremely interested in him going to rehab. He needs to be treated for behavioral issues and a recreational use of drugs. But he has so far been vehemently opposed to going."

A jet is waiting for Bieber to be released to take him back to California.
