Selena Gomez is said to be doing just fine after her on-again-off-again boyfriend Justin Bieber was arrested for a DUI and drag racing early Thursday morning.

Her close friend and former fellow Disney star Demi Lovato revealed to On Air With Ryan Seacrest, "Selena is strong. She's doing really well right now! I'm really happy for her."

She stayed pretty coy on what she feels Gomez should do about it all.

"And, any advice I had for her, we talked last night and--you know-- it's between us. But I love her so much."

She added that two are "really close" before dishing on her upcoming tour.

The Let It Go singer revealed that Beyonce's surprise visual album gave her inspiration.

"I've never put on a show like this before and I'm shooting video content tomorrow that I helped direct that's going to be playing during the concert--kind of like Beyonce's album where she did music videos for each song, it's kind of like that so I'm really excited."

Gomez also talked about her and Lovato's friendship and opened up about what made them fall apart at one point.

In the March 2014 of Seventeen magazine Gomez said, "I've known her since we were 7, and we did fall apart for awhile. She was going through things and I was so young and it was confusing. I processed it saying, 'OK, I don't understand what she's going through so I'm just going to do this.' I don't think it was fair, and I'm so happy that I have her back in my life now."

The two even grabbed dinner Thursday night at Craig's in West Hollywood.
