Heather's (Robin Mattson) plan to kill Carly (Laura Wright) and frame Franco (Roger Howarth) for the crime may have hit a snag on General Hospital.

General Hospital: Friday, Jan. 31, 2014

Showing her knife to two young boys hunting for a mythical creature may have proven to be a bad move for the escaped mental patient, as the boys now appear to have her weapon, and are not giving it up.

"I need that knife," she pleaded in a preview clip for the Monday, Feb. 3 episode, as Carly looked on from the background.

Kiki's (Kristen Aldersen) investigation into Heather at the Miscavige Institute revealed that she was no longer there, prompting her to go to Franco and tell him she believes Heather may be responsible for everything. Franco however, will shock Kiki when he reveals why Heather can't possibly be responsible.

"Heather is dead. I killed her," he said.

Meanwhile, Sabrina's (Teresa Castillo) pregnancy news has spread to her almost-stepdaughter Emma (Brooklyn Rae Silzer), who is now asking the nurse questions about her baby.

"Who's that baby's daddy?" she asked in the preview clip.

The questions are especially troubling for Sabrina because Emma's father, Patrick (Jason Thompson) is the father of her baby, though she is covering up the news and claiming her ex, Carlos (Jeffrey Vincent Parise) is the expectant father.

Patrick is also potentially uncovering another dramatic story involving a baby when he talks to a worried Britt (Kelly Thiebaud), who is paranoid that her secret about her son Ben will get out.

"Why would you ever lose Ben?" Patrick asked her.

Britt secretly stole Lulu (Emme Rylan) and Dante's (Dominic Zamprogna) embryos and injected herself with them so she could pretend to be pregnant with Patrick's child. She later claimed that Brad (Parry Shen) fathered her son. However, now that she us involved in a relationship with Nikolas (Tyler Christopher), she is afraid the truth will get out and she will not only have to give Ben up to his true parents, but that she will lose her new love as well.
