While The Real Housewives of Atlanta stars Apollo Nida and Phaedra Parks remain silent about fraud charges against Nida, Parks' spinoff show is rumored to be pushed back because of his arrest.

Bravo is reportedly holding off on Park's new show Rich People's Problems, until they find out what will come of Nida's case, Atlanta Daily World reported recently.

A Bravo TV executive said, "All options are being looked at."

For now, Rich People's Problems is scheduled to kick off later this year and share the life of Parks, who works as an entertainment attorney. She and Nida also have two boys together, Dylan and Ayden.

A description for the show reads, "When the rich and famous of Atlanta have a dispute, they know that only one lawyer will deliver some cold, hard justice: Phaedra Parks of The Real Housewives of Atlanta. Whether it's friends battling over an $8,000 loan or accusations of stolen Chanel handbags or confusion over a prenuptial agreement and whether it entitles you to two or three live-in staff members, the rich certainly have an odd sense of what qualifies it as a problem in today's world, and Phaedra will be there to help them sort it all out."

Parks is currently in the middle of her own lawsuit against Nida's former partner in crime, Angela Stanton. Stanton claims that Parks is a "crooked attorney" who was the ringleader of the first fraudulent scam that landed Stanton and Nida in prison previously.

In court documents Stanton claimed Parks and Nida, "were making fraudulent insurance checks... we were all involved in the federal racketeering scheme against the federal government... Phaedra's schemes were clever and elaborate."
