'Real Housewives of New York' Cast News: Ramona Singer & Bethenny Frankel Deal With Divorce Drama As Heather Thompson & Sonja Morgan Make Waves?
With the show set to return to Bravo in March, The Real Housewives of New York cast members have been keeping themselves headline-worthy during their hiatus.
While both Ramona Singer and Bethenny Frankel are going through divorces (amongst other things), their castmates Heather Thompson and Sonja Morgan are busy making their own waves.
Heather Thompson, the Yummie-Tummie creator, is busy promoting her shape wear line and doing interviews with various media outlets. Her life seems to be the most stable, as her cast mates battle various life events.
Ramona Singer, who filed divorce from her Mario Singer on Jan. 28th, was single on Valentine's Day for the first time in 22 years. However, she did not let that dampen her parade. During New York Fashion week, she told Life and Style, "I'm going out to dinner [with my girlfriends]."
Bethenny Frankel is also holding on strong, after Telepictures Productions decided not to move forward with her talk show, just days ago. The newly single mom of Bryn is reportedly looking to open a restaurant on Long Island, and has her sights set on a new venture.
A source told Perez Hilton, "Bethenny keeps going out to Long Island to talk to owners of a restaurant called 388 about partnering on a project." They also dished, "When she realized her show was on thin ice, she started looking towards the future."
Frankel's fellow cast mate, Sonja Morgan, faces troubles of her own as Radar Online reported that she may have to sell her house because of an impending $8.5 million suit against her. "Morgan was successfully sued by Hannibal Pictures for failure to raise money for a film involving John Travolta-and the reality TV star was forced to file for bankruptcy."
The show hasn't even gone to air yet, and the ladies have enough drama for a whole season. The show returns to Bravo on Mar. 11th, at 9/8c.
