It looks like Harrison Ford may not be as fully committed to Star Wars: Episode VII as some have expected.

Leading Female Actress Already Cast In Episode VII?

On Monday, Market Saw reported information about the seventh installment of the Star Wars franchise, including the scoop on Ford's plan to reprise his role as Han Solo. It looks like his chances of making an appearance are decent although it might be too soon to start a celebration over it since he might be more committed to Indiana Jones.

"Regarding Harrison Ford, two more Indiana Jones features are in the negotiation stages as per Ford's contract clause on Star Wars, which is the primary reason he didn't 'publicly' or 'privately' commit, or so I'm told," a source revealed.

The site also mentioned that Gary Oldman and Benedict Cumberbatch could be up for the same role. It was also reported that Carrie Fisher would be reprising her role as Princess Leia.

As for the film's plot, it also announced that the movie could be about twins on a dark path.

"Ultimately, it's about twins, and which will take a path towards darkness and which will follow in their father's footsteps, or at least that is what it used to be, that may come later as I think changes are being undertaken to bring the original cast into the forefront of the story leading to ramifications that lead up to the next generation of Skywalkers," the source added.

Star Wars: Episode VII is set to hit theaters on December 18, 2015.
