Johannesburg will be getting a visit from The Avengers: Age Of Ultron's eponymous baddie and the Hulk.

'Avengers 2' Set Footage Reveals Hulk's Destructive Powers, Mark Ruffalo Talks Filming For 'Age Of Ultron'

The Marvel project recently spent two weeks filming an action sequence in the South African city, and while footage captured by fans implied that the Hulk would be going on solo rampage, Marvel Studios: Assembling A Universe informed viewers otherwise.

Aired on Monday night, the one-hour special was capped off by visit from Joss Whedon. The Age of Ultron writer/director brought along behind-the-scene footage from the South African shoot that shows that there was not only a Hulk head on the Johannesburg set, but also a giant Ultron arm.

'Avengers 2' To Receive 'Captain America 2' Post-Credit Scene From Joss Whedon, What Should You Expect?

Although neither Mark Ruffalo (Hulk/Bruce Banner) nor James Spader (Ultron) made the trip to the streets of South Africa, it looks like their characters are going to have a major CGI battle. Fan captured video shows the duo's encounter will result in screaming citizen, police fire, flipped cars and flying trucks (see video below).

While we know Ultron is the film's main villain, Marvel Studios President of Production Kevin Feige explained that Spader will be bringing a unique spin to the character.

"Our bad guy is great," Feige told Movies.com. "We love Ultron from the comics, and have always loved Ultron, and at no point do we want him to just be a robot. We want him to have an extreme personality and attitude, and James Spader is doing an unbelievable job...for us it's always about subverting expectations. Whenever you think you know what's coming next, we surprise people or deliver it in a slightly unexpected way. And Spader is doing that with Mr Ultron".
