As the trap to ensnare Ava (Maura West) and get her arrested for at least one of her crimes is set, another trap could end Lulu's (Emmee Rylan) hopes of being a mother for good on General Hospital.

Obrecht Kidnaps Ben

After learning that Britt's (Kelly Thiebaud) son was biologically her and Dante's (Dominic Zamprogna), Lulu was ecstatic because it meant that she would finally be a mother once again. However, her dreams were soon dashed when Britt's mother, Dr. Obrecht (Kathleen Gati), kidnapped Ben and took him to Elizabeth's (Rebecca Herbst). Now, Lulu has arrived at the house as well, and in a preview clip for the Thursday, April 3 episode, it looks like she too is now being held at gunpoint.

"I'm scared, I'm so scared," she cries to Elizabeth in the clip.

Authorities Closing In On Ava?

If Obrecht decides the only way for her daughter to keep Ben is to kill his biological mother and the woman who told the truth, Lulu may die without ever having truly experienced motherhood the way she always wanted to.

Meanwhile, Sam (Kelly Monaco), Silas (Michael Easton) and Nathan (Ryan Paevy) have been working together in an effort to take Ava down for Nina's murder. In an effort to put her behind bars, they will set into action a plan that pits her brother, Julian (Michael DeVry) against her.

"You're ready for your next exclusive?" Nathan asks Julian in the preview clip as Ava eavesdrops.

However, even with Julian's cooperation, there are no guarantees that Ava will indeed pay for her crimes, something which worries Silas.

"If Julian has a change of heart, this whole thing could blow sky high," he says to Sam.

General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 2 p.m. on ABC.
