The first photo of Ray and Mickey from Season 2 of Ray Donovan was posted on the show's official Facebook page on April 3.

The caption for the image reads "family reunion." In the image Ray seems to be in a jovial mood as he looks at his father, Mickey. The old man seems to be seething with anger as he stares back at Ray.

In February, new images and footage of a bloody scene featuring Liev Schrieber and an injured female co-star were revealed.

In the clip and images, Schrieber wears a steely expression escorting the actress who is bleeding from a gun wound to her arm. Dressed in a dark jacket and a pair of crisp jeans, Schrieber's grey shirt is smeared with blood, as he holds on to a bloodied towel. In character, he is seen wielding a hand gun and shooting at the unseen assailant.

The season is going to be quite a treat in terms of guest stars. With actors like Brian Geraghty (Boardwalk Empire), Heather McComb, Andrea Bogart (General Hospital), Hank Azaria, Sherilyn Fenn (Twin Peaks), Wendell Pierce (The Wire), and Vinessa Shaw.

The second season will premiere on July 13.
