Relationships are said to have their ups and downs, and sometimes even sound like a story from a horror movie.  Are The Voices in Ryan Reynolds' head affecting his marriage to Blake Lively? 

'Green Lantern' Actor 'Very Possessive' Of His 'Gossip Girl'? [PHOTOS, VIDEO]

According to recent rumors, the 37-year-old actor is "very possessive" of his young, newlywed wife, and thus frequents her on set of her new movie often.  Currently, Lively is filming in Vancouver for her starring role as Adaline in The Age of Adaline, opposite her love interest in the movie, Michiel Huisman.  Recently, after the co-stars filmed love scenes for the upcoming romantic-drama, the gossip columns had a field day claiming that Reynolds may be jealous and controlling of his leading lady, whom he met while filming on set of their 2011 superhero flick, The Green Lantern. 

Allegedly, a source close to Lively repudiated any such claims; however, new reports are suggesting that her hubby is listening to The Voices in his head.  On April 14, the Inquistr dished "Ryan Reynolds' The Voices is set to be a horror comedy which explores a man's mental illness in a way only Reynolds can do... it could be one of his best films yet."

The Voices is one of the projects the superhero actor has scheduled to release this year.  The American-German comedy horror thriller is about a mentally troubled factory worker, Jerry Hickfang (Reynolds), who has a crush on a woman in accounting.  Though Hickfang knows he is mentally ill and needs to regularly take medicine to control himself, he stops taking the meds for a while and ends up very sick.  Thereafter, he listens to the murderous advice which he thinks his pet cat is giving him, while his dog is advising him to stop, but in actuality each voice is his own.  Along with Reynolds, actresses Anna Kendrick and Gemma Arterton will star in the upcoming movie.
