Teresa Giudice cannot seem to catch a break while she faces legal troubles.

Will Teresa & Joe's Trial Be on 'RHONJ'?

Ever since she and her husband, Joe, pleaded guilty to fraud charges last month, Teresa's luxury life that she is accustomed to seems to be falling apart.

"Teresa has hardly any income coming in because of her guilty plea in the federal fraud and conspiracy case," an insider told Radar Online Friday. "If it weren't for the money she's made from Real Housewives of New Jersey, she would be in serious financial trouble right now."

Teresa Not Loyal to Joe?

While she has been out promoting her book, Fabulicious: On the Grill, her rounds aren't helping the success of the book. Her latest downfall is rumors that she is forced to sell her mansion as her bank accounts become emptier.

"Her book sales have been very low, and Teresa hasn't been offered any gigs for paid promotional appearances either. It's a foregone conclusion, Teresa absolutely will have to sell her beloved New Jersey mansion. She's terrified she could end up homeless," the source close to the situation added.

Teresa has reportedly been ordered to pay $7,5000 out of the $13 million she claimed she had when filing for bankruptcy back in 2009. And creditors are not happy about it.

An employee of one of her creditors, North Hudson IVF fertility clinic, said, "We just want the money she owes us," which comes at a price tag of $11, 765.59. The company is upset about Teresa and Joe's unpaid debt.

"We're just a company that helps people."

As far as their fraud charges, the couple will be sentenced on July 8.
