While he waits to find out if his son with Sabrina (Teresa Castillo) will live or die, Patrick (Jason Thompson) will have an opportunity to get back in touch with his wife Robin (Kimberly McCullogh) on General Hospital.

Robin Says Goodbye and Leaves Port Charles For Jason?

Victor (Thaao Penghlis) is back in town and will run into Patrick at the hospital. In a preview clip for the Thursday, May 1 episode, he will reveal some startling news to Patrick.

"I can produce Robin right here, right now," he says.

Patrick and Sabrina's Son Struggles To Live?

If he can in fact produce Patrick's wife in some way, it could pose a major dilemma for him.

While he receives shocking news, Nathan (Ryan Paevy) is set to receive some of his own -- as well as Sam (Kelly Monaco) and Silas (Michael Easton).

When he goes to say goodbye to Madeline (Donna Mills) as she heads to New York to face charges for murdering Nina and Dr. Nakamura, she will drop a bomb on the detective who thought she was his mother for his entire life.

"Your sister is still alive," she says.

If Nina is indeed still alive, it means Madeline embezzled money out of Silas' grasp, but also poses bigger news for his relationship with Sam. If Nina is alive and well, then he is still married to her -- putting his relationship with Sam completely at risk.

The news could also be shocking for Nathan. Though Nina is no longer his biological sister  -- the honor now belongs to Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) -- she would still be his cousin. If she is alive, he may become determined to find her once again.

General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 2 p.m. on ABC.
