Instagram playboy Dan Bilzerian recently got caught in a stir when a porn star broke her foot after he threw her off his roof into a pool, and the man is reportedly blaming the X-rated actress for the mishap.

Janice Griffith Reveals Her Side Of The Story On Roof Incident?

On Thursday, TMZ spoke to the playboy millionaire live where he was asked if the porn star Janice Griffith was hurt after he tossed her into the pool. Bilzerian seemed to shrug it off and say that he didn't know. He also said that he wasn't worried about getting sued.

He was then asked if Griffith ruined the stunt by holding on to him.

"Yeah, she ripped my shirt halfway off," Bilzerian said.

When the playboy was asked if the adult film actress would drop the lawsuit if he gave her an apology, Bilzerian responded, "I apologized already."

There doesn't seem to be any word yet if Bilzerian actually did apologize or not because Griffith recently told TMZ that he didn't say he was sorry yet, although that interview was published on April 25.

"It just seemed like a good idea at the time," Griffith said of the incident.

The X-rated actress didn't give too much information on how things were going with the alleged lawsuit except that it's affecting her work.

"I am still sorting everything out, I can't really go into details," she said. "My main concern is just getting back to work because I have had to cancel a couple of scenes because of this broken foot."
