Instagram playboy Dan Bilzerian is continuing to go about his rowdy ways, involving allegedly waking up somewhere unexpected.

Dan Bilzerian Makes A 'Surly' New Friend?

On Friday, the millionaire posted a photo on his Instagram page that shows him in a group shot at what appears to be some kind of big party. He's surrounded by men and women in fancy clothes while holding wine glasses as they all look towards the camera.

What really made this picture captivating was Bilzerian's caption that gives more of a glimpse into the way his day started.

"I just woke up on a yacht in #Cannes...I think I had a good time last night but #IHaveNoClothes," he wrote.

On Saturday, Bilzerian posted another group shot except this one takes place outside on a boat as he's surrounded by women in bikinis with one male in the middle who happens to be more dressed than everyone else.

"#GoatsAndHoes on @alefigueras 190 foot dingy #Cannes," he captioned the photo.

The playboy recently got himself into some legal trouble when he threw porn star Janice Griffith off the roof of his house into a pool where she ended up breaking her foot. Bilzerian's lawyer wrote a letter to Griffith's lawyer with statements that seem to claim Griffith was more at fault since she agreed to do the stunt.

"But maybe I'm not creative enough," the letter published on TMZ reads. "Maybe your client's theory is that Mr. Bilzerian negligently violated the established standard of reasonable care for one who throws a porn actor off a roof into a pool during a photo shoot for an adult magazine. I'll let that sink in for a moment."
